Salford Pride is Governed by a Board of Trustees who have independent oversight of the organisation. The Salford Pride team work in collaboration with the Board of Trustees to deliver the charities core aims and overall mission.

Salford Pride believes that good governance is key to every organisations success. Salford Pride is proud to be a transparent, inclusive organisation with the interests of our community central to everything that we do. We have a number of policies in place to ensure that we are always striving to ensure:
